Yum!
1/2 cup of butter
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1 TBS vanilla
1 egg
(beat together)
1 cup of flour
1 TSP baking soda
1/4 TSP salt
A dash of nutmeg and a pinch of cinnamon (optional)
1/2 cup OLD FASHIONED oats
1/2 (or 1 cup, depending on preference) chocolate chips (I used white chocolate, but you can use any kind of baking "chip" you like best!)
Bake at 350. Allow 5 cookies to cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan. Transfer to aluminum foil to cool.
